1. Account Registration

To open an account with 7u7bt, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal betting age in your country, whichever is higher.
• You are located in a country or region where online betting and gaming is legally permitted.
• You must provide complete, truthful, and accurate information — including your name, address, date of birth, email, and phone number.
• Only one account is permitted per person, household, address, email address, phone number, and payment method. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You are registering an account in your own name and are not acting on behalf of anyone else.

If we find that you have provided false information or are operating multiple accounts, 7u7bt reserves the right to suspend or close your account, and all winnings and balances may be forfeited.

2. Account Security

Keeping your account secure is your responsibility. Please follow these guidelines:

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other site.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone — including family members or friends.
• If you believe your account has been compromised, notify our support team immediately and change your password.
• Always use a secure internet connection and avoid public Wi-Fi when conducting financial transactions.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account — including deposits, withdrawals, and betting — even if another person used your account without your permission.

3. Deposits & Payments

7u7bt supports a range of local and international payment methods. Rules regarding deposits:

• You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• The minimum deposit amount may vary by payment method — generally starting from BDT 200.
• Deposits are typically processed instantly (mobile banking and e-wallets).
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes. Money laundering and any illegal activity are strictly prohibited.
• If a deposit fails or is delayed, please wait 24 hours and then contact customer support.

7u7bt does not charge any deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4. Withdrawals & Payouts

The following rules apply when withdrawing your winnings:

• Withdrawals will only be processed after KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has been completed. You may be required to provide proof of identity, proof of address, and payment method verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is generally BDT 500. The maximum limit is determined by your VIP status and chosen payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• We aim to process withdrawals back to the same payment method used for the deposit, in accordance with our AML policy.
• Suspicious or unusual withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification and may be placed on hold in certain cases.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (typically 10x to 40x).
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Some bonuses may only be used on specific games or betting types.
• Bonuses have a limited validity period (typically 7–30 days). Once expired, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• 7u7bt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on 7u7bt:

• All bets are final and non-refundable once placed.
• If an event is cancelled, suspended, or postponed, the bet will generally be voided and the stake refunded.
• Markets change rapidly in live betting. Check the odds and terms before placing a bet.
• 7u7bt reserves the right to void bets in the event of a palpable error.
• If match fixing, collusion, or any other fraudulent activity is suspected, the relevant bets will be voided and the account suspended.
• We retain a full history of all bets placed. In the event of a dispute, our system logs will serve as the definitive record.

7. Fair Play & RNG

• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (no activity for 300 days).
• Your own self-exclusion request.

No new deposits will be accepted during an account suspension. If you have a remaining balance, you may submit a withdrawal request (provided the account has not been permanently closed).

In the case of permanent account closure, the full balance may be forfeited if the violation is deemed serious.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7u7bt is not liable for:

• System downtime, maintenance, or technical failures (though we make every effort to ensure maximum uptime).
• Internet connection or network issues on your end.
• Computer viruses, malware, or security breaches on your device.
• Errors from third-party payment gateways or banks.

In no event shall 7u7bt's total liability exceed the total amount deposited into your associated account.

13. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please follow the steps below:

1. Step One: Please contact our customer support team and describe your issue in detail. We will respond within 24 hours and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
2. Step Two: If the issue is not resolved within 7 days, submit a written complaint to our complaints team.
3. Step Three: If you are still not satisfied, you may escalate your complaint to an international gaming arbitrator (eCOGRA or equivalent).

All disputes are resolved on the basis of fairness and good faith. 7u7bt is committed to working transparently with players and reaching equitable outcomes.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and all matters relating to the use of 7u7bt International Gaming Laws is regulated by. Any legal claims or disputes Arbitration will be resolved through arbitration, not through the courts.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully valid and in effect.

15. Changes & Updates

7u7bt reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of changes, we will:
